Loving this site: The Candid RD! She is so fun and informative! Plus she just landed herself a job with a grocery store chain! I am jealous…what a fun way to use your nutritional services! She is literally got one of my dream jobs…someday *sigh*. Anyway, today she was discussing the importance of FAT in our diets! I wrote a post about the imbalance between omega-6′s and omega-3′s in our diets a few weeks back and why there needs to be better balance.  Gina’s  post addresses why you should NOT be afraid of fat…even those omega-6′s! Check it out!! She’s fantastic!!
