The “Your Best Self Program” is finally coming to a close. I hope that you enjoyed this series. Over the past 6 weeks month, I have tried my best to provide each and every one of you with the tools needed to make changes that last a life time. While I realize there were no structured meal plans or exercise programs, I hope that those who have been following acquired new knowledge to take on their journey through life.
Ultimately, these philosophies were NOT meant to be a quick fix. They are tools; tools that you should utilize in your every day lives and tools that will continue to build upon one another. This was not a program like P90X, where you will develop a six pack of abs at completion. This series was meant for you to take teensy steps in the direction to a healthy life. After all, our unhealthier habits built up over YEARS, so we cannot expect to change those bad habits overnight.
Whether these were topics that just needed refreshed in your mind, or ones that opened your eyes to what it means to have a healthy appetite for life, I hope you will continue to reflect and share upon these points, until they become second nature. If you do continue to practice natural eating, I promise you will see results in your body and mind; preventing illness, losing weight, and feeling happier with yourself.
Remember: We only have one life to lead. If we continue to live in a world of self-defeat, we will spiral in to unhealthy habits of stress, frustration, anger, and hate. Where there is a will, there’s a way!! The light at the end of the tunnel is a healthy relationship with food and your body!!!!!!!!!
Question: Any final reflections from this series? I would love to hear what you have learned and any new ideas for future series!
Coming up next week? NEW! recipes to share!! Stay tuned!

Very great idea, and from what I have seen it’s been inspirational to many!!!! Going to play catch-up now!
Thank you for this series! You were more helpful than you can ever realize! I talked about it a bit on my blog today, but I think the biggest thing I took away from your series is learning how to eat like a child. I did just that today: I picked off the yummy stuff, and threw the rest away.
I look forward to all your future posts, and any new insight you can share with us! Thanks so much!
I was about to say “I know I’ve already commented on this post”…and then realized I haven’t. I know I read it when you first put it up and really remember replying to it. OOPS!

Can’t wait to see what’s next!!
I’m going to see EPL on Tuesday with my two best friends from college. I can’t wait for the reunion! The three of us haven’t been together in AGES.
I think all your posts were great! They left plenty of room for everyone’s own take on them…
And I want to read Eat, Pray, Love before I see the movie… so I’m sure I’ll be redboxing it when it comes out being as how I doubt I’ll be able to get my hands a copy on the book beforehand!
It was a great series. Very inspirational.
I have a lot of work to do when it comes to eating intuitively, but I loved reading your tips!
