This morning I am guest posting on Andrew Wilder’s site: Eating Rules. Andrew, like myself and many others, believe that the less processed we all eat, the healthier we ALL will be. When it comes to our bodies, we deserve nothing but wholesome foods and the freshest of ingredients!
On Andrew’s site, I’m discussing how there are still many “healthy” foods that contain natural and artificial flavors in the ingredient list. Have you ever wondered what these are? If so, this is the post for you! Head on over the Andrew’s site and check out my post about natural and artificial flavors! Let me know what you think! You can comment there and I will be checking in frequently to respond! I would love to hear your thoughts and opinions!
Coming up tomorrow?

You have my interest. I may have even raised an eyebrow. The first few days of going unprocessed is a bit of a bummer, but once it’s out of your system the cravings go away and the energy goes up!
