Buffalo Chicken Dip

While I’m working on a post about how to pick a quality supplement, I decided to share a fun summer recipe! I know that most of my super health nut readers may have already clicked away, but for everyone else…this recipe is for you!

I was introduced to buffalo chicken dip several years ago and while I have never been any type of wing person, I thought this recipe was a gem! It is easy make, simple to bring along to a potluck, and ALWAYS a crowd pleaser. While not the healthiest dip, it sure is the tastiest!!

Without further adieu………..

Buffalo Chicken Dip

  •  3  boneless, skinless chicken breasts, shredded
  • 2 (8 0z) packages reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1/3-1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot

Optional add-ins:

  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar or Monteray Jack cheeses
  • Green onions for garnish

 Directions:

Cook chicken in a skillet until cooked through. Shred.

In a large skillet add shredded chicken and cream cheese. Stir until smooth. Add in Frank’s Red Hot (more or less to taste!) and any additional add-in’s like ranch or shredded cheddar (We don’t think it needs anything more). Combine until well blended.

Serve immediately or add to the slow cooker and bring a long to your next potluck!
