Hey Erin! I’ve nominated you for the “One Lovely Blog Award!” Here’s the link: http://ontheroadtord.com/2012/06/18/one-lovely-blog/ Congrats! I just love your blog!
Just stumbled upon your website and I already love it! I am a person who has always struggled with weight, body image, and addiction to food. Luckily, I was born to a mother who has a passion for healthy food who tried to teach me as much as possible. Once I became an adult, I started changing my eating habits and lost over 20 lbs. Now I am a fitness instructor, but I still have some work to do on myself. My love of food has definitely not changed (I love it all, especially deserts!) but i have realized that dieting is not the way to live. So in my search to find a way to eat a variety of both healthy and yummy foods, I found this blog. So excited to try some of your awesome recipes
Erin,
I just stumbled upon your website and it is my absolute new favorite. I have always been concerned with healthy eating and have taught my teenage daughter the wisdom of healthy food, but I am always looking for new recipes. Thank you and I can’t wait to plan this week’s menus!!

Loving your blog
Your blog is seriously SO awesome!! I look forward to reading it everyday:) And in response to your question on my blog, I’m not entirely giving up gluten (believe me, that’s the last thing I want to do!) but my mom and doc suggested I try eating less of it for the next couple of weeks to see if my frequent tummy issues go away or get better…we’re pretty sure I’m gluten sensitive if not celiac.
Thanks for the email and showing your concern too!! XOXO
Love your blog! And the picture on your header is adorable! I’m excited to read more of your posts!
