Erin,
I was shopping in Trader Joe's yesterday and I came upon this bread called California Complete Protein Style Bread. I decided I would try it since it has protein and it looked pretty healthy. Today I ate it with some peanut butter and it actually tasted pretty good. Here is a link to the ingredients/nutrition http://www.livestrong.com/thedailyplate/nutrition-calories/food/trader-joes/complete-protein-bread-california-style/. Let me know what you think or if you have tried it before.

Does anyone know why Almond milk (Silk) has so little protein? 1oz of Almonds has 6g protein. A 1/2 gallon has 8 servings and 1g protein per serving. So, there is a little more than 1oz in the entire 1/2 gallon??? What's the deal?

Hi,

My name is Amanda Kidd and I am a frequent reader of your blog. I am also a blogger who writes on lifestyle and health.

I would love the opportunity to guest post for your readers and I can see two possibilities:

1- I can suggest you few topics related to your site theme. You can choose any one out of them, and then I can submit the final article in a day or two.

2- Or you can suggest me a specific theme you would like me to write on.

All I would require is li’l credit in author’s bio at the end or beginning of the post (as per your editorial guidelines).
Let me know if this works well with you too.

Thanks and kind regards,

I have just recently discovered your blog. I am a North Carolina RD/stay-at-home mom currently. Most of my career I worked in dialysis. I have enjoyed reading your post over the past week, and I hope to try some of your yummy recipe creations in the future. I was wondering if you used a particular software for the Nutritional Profiles that you often provide for your recipes? Thanks! :0)

One of my favorites is Lazagna. I would definitely eat it more often if I could make it lower calorie. The cookbook is a fabulous way to help make lowering calories a breeze. This is awesome!

Hi, I just saw your recipe on Tasty Kitchen for Paella. You mentioned that it had anti-inflammatory properties, and I was wondering what it is about the recipe that would make it anti-inflammatory? Thanks.
